She konws that there are consequences if she does, nowhere to stay, and she always fears of getting lost. However, she wants to feel free and alive.

She think about what happens at home, her heart is glass because words will break her heart easily. Her mind is stone because every negative comment will be stuck there, it's hard for it to escape.

Whenever her mom abuses her, she cuts herself, From skin to the bone.

She finds a place where she can stay, she stays with her friend at her friend's house with her friend's parents.

She found a place, miles and miles from her home. Someone who accepts her. They didn't know her story, but she told them and they let her stay, as a family.
This song talks about how having a struggle/struggles with mental health actually feels like. We don't give up. Everyday is a struggle, trying hard to get out of it. But lack of support and understanding from close ones is what even pushes us further in to the downward spiral.
I urge to anyone who knows any such individual/individuals facing mental health issues, listen to them. Of course urge them to reach out to help but most importantly, listen
And to those who might be facing such unfortunate yet true struggles, I love you. You are Strong, beautiful. Reach out to some help. They are many resources online as well. You are loved and belonged. The world needs you. Everyone in this world has a purpose and so do you.
